SNAKE GINGER - ALPINIA PURPURATA


This plant is just 1 of in the Alpinia Purpurata family

It grows around 3 mtrs high so it is great if you are looking to screen off something or just have a great tall feature.

The flower is red and can grow as long as 1mtr+ and when it matures you start getting little white flowers popping through.

Flower’s from the top of the stem, and generally flowers more when the weather is getting warmer.

Foliage is evergreen.
